Maintenance is equally important to you

Today we have something very serious to tell you, and it is very important… As the saying goes: “If you don’t listen to the advice of the elderly, you will suffer the consequences.” Many people complain that the recovery after tattooing is always unsatisfactory. Then first you have to ask yourself whether you follow the rules of post-care. Tattooing is not just about finding a good tattoo artist to do it. Another factor in making a tattoo last is maintenance. Before getting a tattoo, you also need to pay attention to your physical condition and maintain a good sleep, so that your body can be in good spirits on the day of the tattoo. Do not drink too much before getting a tattoo, as this will cause excessive bleeding symptoms. And it will not relieve the pain. Maintenance should be taken seriously from the beginning, otherwise you will regret it yourself. After the tattoo is finished, the tattoo artist will apply tattoo maintenance ointment for you. You should follow the advice on this point and do not apply the ointment randomly. Finally, wrap it with plastic wrap to prevent dirt from contacting the tattoo and to prevent the tattoo from continuing to bleed. It is generally recommended to wrap the plastic wrap for about 3 hours before removing it. Then wash it with mild water, gently dry it with a clean paper towel, and apply maintenance ointment. (Remember: Never use alcohol, gentian violet or the like to treat the wound, as it will irritate and damage the tattoo) Then the most important thing is coming! Clean the tattoo every day (three times a day) – wash with clean water – dry with a clean paper towel – apply ointment and take a normal shower, don’t deliberately use shower gel to clean it. Of course, the tattoo will generally recover in about two weeks (but it varies from person to person and the size of the tattoo is also different). During the tattoo recovery period, you must not swim, soak in hot springs, or do other activities that may infect the tattoo. Do not expose the tattoo to the sun, which may cause the color to fall off. The tattoo will itch during the recovery process, so you must not scratch it, and never tear the scab. Otherwise, the consequences will be serious!!! It is not easy to exercise a lot during the recovery period, and the surface should be wiped dry in time if you sweat.
